Elevator Protocol is a deterministic roguelike deckbuilding simulation about elevator dispatch. You do not drive each car directly. Instead, you install global and elevator-specific policies, spend control points on timely commands, and adapt your deck to the building's traffic and scheduled crises.

Survive a five-day run, protect priority passengers, and learn from a detailed operations report that shows which policies actually changed a dispatch.

First run

Start with the tutorial. Elevator Protocol rewards planning and diagnosis, not fast clicking. The F1 Operations Guide remains available throughout a run.

macOS note: The current macOS build is ad-hoc signed but not notarized. If Gatekeeper blocks the first launch, Control-click the app, choose Open, then confirm. The itch.io app is the recommended install path for this preview build.
